Christopher Bache is the founder and CEO for LMG. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, he attended Morrisville College and went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Advertising from Ithaca College. His leadership began in college as Student Government President, Student Activities Director, Orientation Leader and a Resident Assistant.
Since moving to Las Vegas in 1997, he has helped multiple companies go from zero to $20 million+. As an entrepreneur, he started multiple businesses but found great success in two of them, Limitless Management Group (LMG) and LogoMix. LMG currently leads the hosting, promotions and management teams for some of Las Vegas most notable nightlife venues and companies. Logomix.com is an internet based company whose technology allows businesses to create their brand in minutes. LogoMix serves more than 1.5M businesses per month in 150 countries and 12 languages.
Christopher's core management strengths include leadership, empowerment and building company culture. Sales and marketing strengths are in online and offline direct marketing, telesales and client services.
While incessantly passionate about business, Christopher finds great happiness volunteering in the non-profit world. He is currently the President of FEAT, Families for Effective Autism Treatment serving more than 1,000 children and their families who live on the autism spectrum. He spends his summers as Camp Director for the Torino Foundation running summer camp programs for kids with autism, kids with heart disease and kids living at risk.
Director of VIP Services
Evan Hunt is considered to be one of the leading nightlife managers in Las Vegas. With lengthy stints at Live Nation's Foundation Room, Wynn's Lure and Bellagio's Hyde, Evan knows what it requires to take venues from $0 to $25 million in annual sales. Evan has managed some of the largest VIP Host teams and has been responsible for placing and seating some of the busiest venues in all of Vegas.
In addition to successful hosting and room management, Evans skills extend to booking DJs, creating and planning successful events, food and beverage and operations.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Evan is happily married and the proud father of two.
Assistant Director of VIP Services
John Panich was born and raised in Las Vegas and graduated from Coronado High School in 2004. He is considered one of the leading experts in nightclub and day club promotions.
He started in the nightlife industry in 2008 by opening Rok Vegas and one of the top day clubs in all of the world, Wet Republic. Since 2008, John has been extremely successful by using his professional leadership development and business strategy skills in building multiple Promotions and Marketing teams for some of the largest venues in the world. Having managed staffs as large as 200 promoters and junior hosts, John understands how to keep teams motivated, organized and loyal to the clubs and organizations they are working with.
John's core management strengths are, Leadership, Hard Work, Professionalism, Dedication, and Team Building.
VIP Services Manager
Brandon Posney is the VIP Host Manager for LMG. Born and raised in Riverside,
California, he has been at the forefront of the hospitality industry for over ten
years. Brandon has worked in many different aspects of hospitality in many areas
of Southern California, and Las Vegas.
Since moving to Vegas in 2012, Brandon has worked and managed in multiple
nightlife venues. He started as a nightlife promoter and has quickly moved his
way up in to management at each venue. As a VIP Host Manager, Brandon
displays hard work, dedication and loyalty, and expects the same from his co-
workers and employees.
Brandon’s core management strengths include accountability, honesty, cultural
affinity, and positive attitude. He has a strong background in VIP table service
and various additional client services.
Brandon thoroughly enjoys his personal and professional life to the fullest. In his
free time he enjoys traveling, golfing, and being anywhere in or on the water.

Born and raised in Mission Viejo, California, Kyle has an extensive office management & administration background but really developed his a strong work ethic after enlisting in the United States Air force. There he attended the CCAF to attain his Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Aircraft Maintenance.
Kyle move to Las Vegas in 2009 and was determined to put his impeccable attention to detail and accommodating demeanor to use in the Nightclub Industry. Starting out as a promoter for Light Groups most popular venues, he gained an impressive and loyal clientele and joined the VIP host team. While managing to maintain his personal passion in health and fitness, he remained focused on driving higher sales in bottle service, and producing more revenue through online marketing, and streamlined guest list management.
Later he would join the Hakkasan team before joining LMG as a VIP host. Shortly thereafter, he became Assistant Manager at Hornak Inc. With Kyle's efficiency, organizational skills, and superlative management skills, He has become one of the most dependable GoTo Guys for everyone's Vegas nightlife plans.
VIP Service Manager
Fred Sandoval brings nearly a decade of Nightlife management experience working for top Las Vegas Nightlife companies. Fred broke into nightlife in 2008 as promoter for Light Group at The Bank Nightclub in the Bellagio. Within 6 months Fred worked his way up to Promotions Manager. He continued climbing the ladder of success and became the Director of Promotions in 2010.
Freds success at Light Group led to his recruitment by SBE in 2011. Fred proved to have have a knack for opening successful venues and opened Bellagio's highly successful nightclub Hyde Bellagio. Fred played a pivitol role in the succes and growth of SBE in Las Vegas. In 2014 took on the biggest challenge of his career and played a key role in the opening of the SLS Hotel and Casino. Fred oversaw the Promotions Department for LiFE, Foxtail, Sayers Club and Foxtail Dayclub within the hotel.
Fred's desire to further progress his career and tackle new challenges led him to LMG in 2016. Fred has continued his success working as the VIP Services Manager for Foundation Room reaching new highs for revenue.
Fred has been exposed to an elite level in the Nightlife industry. He has excelled in a diversity of roles in his nightlife career acting as a VIP Services Manager, Director of Promotions, Front Door, Marketing, Promoter and Promotions Manager.
Fred has developed a reputation for turning teams around and making them and their venues successful. He is one of the most respected leaders in the the Nightlife industry.
